First off, we did a quick review of our angle pair vocabulary and then went right into the notes. Here are the notes. Then there was the homework. Two assignments today, #19 3.3 B and C WS and #20 page 146 #8-26 all, 33-41 (odd), 42-44. Here is the link to download 3.3 WS.
Coming Up: BM 6-8 and 12 on Monday, Book day on Tues/Wed. block.

I’m kinda having a little bit of trouble with the parallel lines, but I’m fine with the lines and perpendicular lines.

i am haveing very trouble in every thing i need help with parallel line and prependicular

i dont understand what you want me to explain!?!?

Parallel lines are two lines if they are coplanar and do not intersect. A transversal is a line that intersects two or more coplanar lines at different points. They have linear pairs. Maybe <1,3,5&7 are 95 & <2,4,6,&8 are 85. Any way it’s a line that intersects parallel lines at different points.

well parallel lines arew just 2 lines but transversal looks like a side ways A and they are only similar becuz they are both coplanar.

The parallel lines are kind of easy, but there’s a little problem when I get to the proving that their the same.

Parallel line-two lines if they are coplanar and do not intersect.
Transversal-line that intersects two or more coplanar lines at different points.
They both can have a coplanar

paralell lines do not intersect and transversal lines intersect at two or more different points

These couple of homework assignments took me along time ,but i think i learned alot from them and helped me touch up on my math.Overall these two assignments helped me out alot

Parallel lines: 2 lines that do not ever intersect, and are coplanar.
Transversal: Intersects 2 or more coplanar lines at different points.

Parallel lines are two coplaner lines that never intersect and a transversal intersects at least two coplanar lines at different points
October 10, 2007 at 8:36 pm
The parrallel lines intersect with the transversal creating angles formed by these intersections of the coplaner lines with the transversal. Since parallel lines don’t intersect with each other they make angles with the transversal. Only because the transversal intersects 2 or more coplaner lines at different points.

Parallel lines intersect with tranversal causing angles formed. The parallel lines don’t intersect so with each other they make angles with transversal.

Parallel lines are coplanar and do not intersect.
A transversal is a line that goes through two such lines.
The transversal is what makes it possible for the parallel lines to make angles.

when you have two parelle lines that are cut by a transversal to end up with many angles that are congruent. Parallel lines never intersect and a transversal is what intersects the two parallel lines.

Parallel lines never touch one another and are coplanar. Transversal interset two other lines to make an angle, like parallel lines.
Anni G did not spell parallel correct in her first sentence. Luv ya Anni!!!

parallel lines- they never intersect
transversal lines- intersect at 2 or more DIFFERENT points

*parallel lines~ two lines that don’t ever intersect and are coplaner.
*Transversal~ lines that intersect at two or more different points

Parallel lines are coplanar and do not intersect.
A transversal is a line that goes through two such lines.
The transversal is what makes it possible for the parallel lines to make angles.

parallel lines never intersect and are coplanar
transversal intersect two or more lines to make angles
October 14, 2007 at 5:12 pm
When a transversal intersects two or more parallel lines the angles will always be congruent.
October 14, 2007 at 7:38 pm
Parallel lines never intersect and are the same, but Transversal lines intersect the parallel lines to make them congruent and also to make different angels.

Parallel lines: two lines that never intersect but are still coplanar
Transversal: a line that connects two lines
the transversal intersects with both of the parallel lines and forms many congruent angles
